At Zaahe, each product is custom-made especially for you. Due to the nature of print-on-demand production, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Order Issues

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Include clear photos of the item and your order number to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All products are made-to-order and are not eligible for returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, or change of mind.
  • Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Approved refunds for damaged or defective items will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow a few business days after approval for the refund to reflect in your account.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If a return is approved for a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
