Ordering and Customization

  • To place an order, select your desired product options, customize if needed, and complete the checkout process.
  • Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our production process. We are unable to modify or cancel orders after confirmation. Please double-check your design and details before purchasing.
  • Our design tools allow you to upload images, add text, and personalize a variety of product elements. Explore our Design Studio for a full creative experience.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor delivery status.
  • Delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors. Estimated delivery times are available on each product page and are subject to change.
  • Express shipping options are available at checkout for select products.

Returns and Refunds

  • Because each Zaahe product is custom-made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos and your order number.
  • Refunds for approved cases will be processed back to your original payment method after the item has been inspected.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Payments and Security

  • All payment transactions are encrypted to protect your personal and financial information.

Intellectual Property

  • All designs, graphics, logos, and content on Zaahe's website are the intellectual property of Zaahe and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without our written permission.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring all submitted designs, images, and customizations comply with copyright laws and do not infringe on the rights of others.
  • We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders containing inappropriate, illegal, or offensive content.
